On Lemmy no, but I have a kbin account on fedi196.gay.
I do the same with the microblog platforms, I have a mastodon account and an Akkoma one. I haven't got Misskey/Calckey (the Misskey server I was a long time ago died and I haven't being "back" on a any server running on any of the keys) or GoToSocial (never tried it)
I like to have different accounts on similar federated social networks because, not only they have distinct features that make them be better for certain things, but also as backups. If one is down I still can have access through another account to the same content. And having the accounts on servers running different (although similar) software is better because if there's a general problem with servers running on X software, I can still access to content through the servers I joined that run on Y or Z software. (I know is extremely rare for something like this to happen, but better safe than sorry)
