I'm thinking it could pass, since the ballot language is biased and misleading ("elevate"). Plus, as school is out of session, so it would be hard to mobilize college students to vote.
Does anyone have insight on the strength of the 'no' campaign?

Since this is what the “yes” campaign wants, I say they should need to get 60% in August for this to pass.
