Hi, I need a Mind Map software for building a network of people that I know. Can you suggest me something FOSS please?

It's a visual tool to explore and develop ideas by organizing them in a hierarchical way. It works by "associating" key words with different other groups of key words. It's a classic strategy, we used it in school to explore new topics together in class.
