Yes, I said it and mean it.

It has 'NPCs' that feel way more alive than anything bethesda ever put out and even an anarchist faction that so far acts like actual anarchists do/would in real life not the common idea of anarchists in most media.

Apart from the ocassional crashes (even with the patch), this is a great game/mod and I highly recommend trying it out if you have Fallout 4.

Didn't Beth' update F4 just before F:London dropped, redering the Mod partly incompatible?

Yes, that's why it is necessary to downgrade Fallout 4 and there are instructions on how to do so on github, that and/or you can use Folon's downgrader.
