Iβve had that exact issue when subscribing to new communities but obviously not the same in this case.
In is a known issue though

I think Orange1 is on another lemmy instance, so maybe something has gone wrong and it's gone through the process to try and create a new account elsewhere.
Maybe try logging out and making sure to be signing in as Seagoon_ on the aussie-zone page?
Edit: maybe need to clear cookies in the browser too?
