A sandwich, stromboli, calzone, pizza, little rolls as a side of meat, sourdough pankcakes/waffles/donuts, etc.
Pretty much anything thats made with dough. Sky is the limit. In terms of a high protein food though bread flour has 4g for every 110 calories which isnt awful which isnt terrible and I dont know how yeast impacts protein content but you may wanna add a protein shake or some chicken breast to your day if you got that caloric goal to meet.
