If you don't know what to sell yet that's your first problem to sort. If you make things as a hobby you could do that, but if not you might want to see if your community has any neurospicey support groups. They can find jobs that you enjoy, provide some training, and help with the admin side of things. Places like repair cafes, small stores, quiet sorting at donation stations. Clear rules and environments with accommodations made for overstimulation or communication support.
It might end up less stressful and more fulfilling than trying to set up your own shop.
your probrably right....
Reselling stuff gets a bit wishywashy ethically and it can be super stressful to invest in an inventory and then have to resell to get your money back (+profits). Do you have a special interest? Mine is plants so I do gardening, forestry, forestry, and horticulture jobs. I'm not great with people because I have a hard time with facial expressions and tones but it's mostly independent, just me and plants
I have an interst in video games, and anyhting that seems unique and intersting.
I'm not sure how your area is, but CRT TV's are starting to gain popularity for retro gaming and they're all over the sides of the roads in some places, especially right after Christmas. They generally just need a fuse replaced to work, which is a really simple and cheap issue to solve. I dunno the logistics of shipping those monsters, but if you sell locally it probably wouldn't be an issue.
you make some good points, i might look into trying to find some old tvs or salvaging tech or something.
See if you have a local gaming shop or maybe even a 2nd hand store that gets a lot of games. You might have to sort other things as well but you'll get so see all the old retro games and help price them (or even get to take them home!). It's something that's rhythmic while still having some excitement with new things coming in each day.
