I'm shooting a movie currently and after a conversation with my director we realized that we couldn't think of a single prequel that we liked. However, we both agreed that there has to be at least one.

What do you think? Are there any good prequels?

The first thing that came to mind, after the fact, was The House of the Dragon the Game of Thrones prequel.

I'm doing a run for the first time right now and I think I absolutely like it better than Breaking Bad! Not that Breaking Bad was bad, it's just Better Call Saul has such a great cast.

I was happy for so much more grumpy Mike.

I think BCS starts getting good sooner than BB did, which gives it an edge. But it's a different kind of good for the first few seasons — more boardrooms than bullets, at first.

I found that the characters are a bit more well written, if some of the choices they made were still as infuriating, it feel like the writers matured over Breaking Bad.

But for me action has never been a substitute for substance!

I genuinely have a hard time deciding which is better, Breaking Bad or Better Call Saul. They're both so good.
