The 3b+ can stream 3 local direct streams without issues so long as there's no container translations i.e. no HVEC or x265.
Plenty reasonable with a 1080p only Radarr/Sonarr setup.
(This was my experience with Plex on a 3b+ for many years at least, I'd be surprised if Jellyfin were any different.)
