I feel like Nomos should be in the tier above. They are cheaper but not cheap, especially for the mechanical ones. But their quality is outstanding. My Club Sport is sublime.

I definitely considered it! The reason I didn't is because I don't think it has the brand value of the others. Watch enthusiasts know Nomos and that's about it. Lovely watches though!! At the top, I wanted to find a balance of the quality and cost but also some amount of brand perception. Not hype crap or overt display of wealth, but also some amount of I can afford nice things. Hopefully that made sense!
