Probably my 3rd watch ever, was a gift from my now wife. Automatic movement, but hour and minute hands no longer move. Might fix and get get a auto winder for it.

Isn’t this one of those “hybrid” auto/quartz models? Small seconds driven by the automatic, minutes and hours are driven by an independent quartz movement. All you should need is a new battery. Just take it to any watch/jewelry shop, good as new.
