[Zenith] Can Zenith repair the cosmetics if they're dinged? (alien.top)

I'd like a Rainbow but they all seem beaten up- is Zenith able to replace the bezel, etc, and make them cosmetically nice again ala what Rolex would do?

Or has that ship sailed long ago?
