It’s been only a matter of time before I wound up with a Farer in my collection (was just a question of which one and when)… but I finally ginned up an excuse to pull the trigger on a Chalcot. The color, the big eye chronograph, the finishing—it’s all so great. Most of my collection includes a black (or otherwise dark) dial, so I feel like this addition brings a lot to the table/will be a conversation starter.

What do we think? Anybody else pick one up, or another Farer (or similar micro brand) recently?

I strongly considered this model and the brown sport chrono, but ultimately went with the classic bicompax case design. I have some pictures of that one on here. I love the dial color on this one though, looks nice with the orange hand.

I’m three months into owning mine and it’s definitely my most worn watch, it’s very fun and comfortable. I recommend the steel bracelet that farer makes, it unfortunately has no micro adjust but still wears comfortably.
