I think the iMessage push is a US only thing, mainly because almost everyone uses SMS/iMessage for texting, and if you don't have an iPhone you're stuck with the standard SMS features.

In other parts of the world they use WhatsApp, Telegram, or other multi platform messaging apps, so no one really cares about iMessage.

The rule used to be that you needed to use full wets during a safety car rolling start, but if the track wasn't wet enough it caused everyone to pit in the first lap to change to inters, and all that congestion in the pit lane was a safety concern.

Now the race director decides if they start on full wets or inters, depending on track conditions.
