could it be that the terrifying creeper in the background is Ken Whiteley? The one Raffi is singing with on that album?

Is there support planned for .apk packages in the future? I would love the idea to switch from firefox to librewolf on my smartphone.

exactly. why is the board damaged? looks like water ingress

[–] sweafa@discuss.tchncs.de 1 points 1 year ago

yes i think so, but u would have to make sure the solder will rise through the through-hole as mich as possible. maybe u can try to find the faulty pin with wiggling them separately

pressfit connections usually are very reliable. if there is a poor connection i would presume that the barrel of the via is broken and a new pressfit connector will not help. maybe putting solder in would help. did you already test for poor connections?

i would probably do some circuit with a TL431 and FETs, but this also drains some small amount of battery current.

it could be worth a try to contact diodes and ask which components use or have used in the past V-QFN2030-12 (Type HE) package

[–] sweafa@discuss.tchncs.de 1 points 2 years ago (2 children)

diodes uses packages like this one: https://www.diodes.com/assets/Package-Files/V-QFN2030-12-Type-HE.pdf but cant find FMM marking there ...

[–] sweafa@discuss.tchncs.de 2 points 2 years ago (5 children)

unfortunately i neither could find anything. richtek has some weird packages like this:

or like this:

so i poked around their homepage. but could not find anything with that pinning. also FMM marking is not in their marking reference :(

How many pins does it have? I can't see it properly in the image. Is it 4, 8 or 12 pins?
