Apart from Logseq's whiteboard feature, do consider checking out logseq's actual workflow (adding stuff in journal etc.). It does have a learning curve, but you might end up liking it more than Onenote's.

Yes, in fact I was searching for any CLI/TUI app for editing Logseq's files. I feel a Logseq LSP server might help.

Has a (small) learning curve. But powerful once you learn it.
It takes a while to open the first time though.
Newpipe is really good. Plus it supports sources apart from Youtube too.
BTW, Brave and Firefox browsers for Android also support playing videos in background.
