The external storage plugin has been a headache for years. I feel like it's a super important plugin but they refuse to fix it despite many issues being opened on GitHub both in Owncloud and later Nextcloud.
Of course I also haven't gone in and done anything about it myself.... 🙃
Servers won't automatically sync up every community on a server even if it knows the server, in order to ask it to (so that it shows up in the future) you have to search the whole community name like !geddit@geddit.social then wait a minute and search again.
It's not intuitive at all, I imagine they plan on making the system better, but for now it's what has to be done by at least one person on your server for everyone to see something.
I use weawow. Lots of options for where to source the data and the widget options are great.
Always open to try new things, though.

Jk, I'd rather today's Nintendo didn't underdevelop the game like they did with Mario golf, tennis, and switch sports.
It's not a boomer shooter, though. It is heavily inspired by, and aims to compete with, the Battlefield series of shooters.
