She activates her power by speaking encouraging words to her targets. Once someone has been encouraged, this power will keep their fighting spirit going for quite some time, though it is unknown how long this power actually stays in effect or if it even has a time limit at all.
You cannot convince me that Oda isn't an anarchist: with this power the Revolutionary Army is able to let the people help themselves and not (only) rescue them. It's not a top-down relationship because it recognizes the agency of the ones that are oppressed!

So I want to jump start this community with a little project of mine: I reconstructed in chronological order the events regarding the Revolutionary Army's preparation and attack during the Reverie.
I have to make three parts because of the upload limit of pictures. This is a collage of pages taken from chapter 904 to 908 and 1082 to 1086 (pre and post Wano).

Maybe they'll do what they did with Pikmin, releasing 2+3 not so long before 4. I don't know but I also think it's less likely that they will remaster them like they did with 1
