Regarding the fertility, well, I wish I have known more stuff about it when I was younger. I always had a chaotic menstrual cycle, but I did not pay to much attention to it. Now I have an age, and we are trying for a baby if it works out, I would have loved to have a normal cycle already. I would highly recommend the book Real Food for Fertility by Lily Nichols. What I discovered there, in my case, I ate too little protein, I probably need more magnesium, iodine and stuff like that. I made some changes in diet, supplements and focused on sleeping better, moving more, stressing less, but it is a journey. And when you have an age, time is scarce. So better to be informed and do things about it, so that one is healthy and has also a smooth period-menopause and menopause.

Sounds like how toxic relationships start.
Take care of your reproductive system even if you do not want to have kids. A healthy reproductive cycle means you are healthy.
Try not to stress about small things and prioritise sleep.
Don’t settle for a “meh” partner, learn how to be happy alone and the right partner will probably come, even if later in life. You can receive love and affection even if it is not romantic. Invest in time with friends and families (except the toxic ones).
I am one of the not interested in fashion posts, but as I said in the survey, I can just scroll past them. It’s not like it is offensive or something 😂. I just already have my taste established and am not looking for inspo. Keep posting fashion stuff whenever you feel like, let’s not censor ourselves, we get enough of that from the outside.
Sun bathed skin, forests(both the humid ones and the dry herby ones), baked bread, lily of the valley flowers, and many other flowers.
I know there is one for ceramic, I don’t know if it is the same name. The one I am learning is to repair clothes. But I do have the one you mention in the back of my mind to one day learn. I also like the idea, and I have a wine glass that broke its leg. I don’t know if it only works for ceramics, or can work with glass. I will pass that bridge when the time comes.
Recently I’ve been dabbing into visible mending and Sashiko(Japanese visible mending).
Physically: I like my feet 😂 They don’t seem to age and don’t fluctuate with my weight. And they get me in lots of places!
Personality trait: I like to learn new things. I hope I get to have this until I die.
As RepleteLocum said, yes, some business casual. They can be as comfy as a jogging pants, but look better. I don’t know if you are a man or a woman, if you are a man, there are trousers that have a sobre cur, but are made of cotton or a blend, or even wool for winter. If you are a woman, similar trousers can be found, with a cut made for women. As a woman, what I use a lot is a comfy dress with leggings underneath, thinner cotton when warmer, thermo leggins in winter.
It’s so cute! I am always fascinated with the artists that work digitally. I tried it a little, but I find it quite difficult and not natural for me at all. It involves too much of the brain. I rather throw paint on the canvas and let my hands guide me. How many hours do you put into a finished drawing?
I don’t wear jeans( too cold in winter, too warm in summer), but I know many people do. So thank you for the post!
Of course!
