Yeah I see a pattern here. Meta snatching up the popular companies very early. But good for the gamers. They get good games / updates etc. No way the companies could build games at such a big scale on their own. Population one is getting massive already I can't imagine the costs to run all this

Outside of the VR world they're pretty unknown BUT if you have a headset then you heard about them. Beat Saber is prob the most popular VR game of all time (so far) with over 50,000 positive reviews on steam

I personally have no doubt that we will spend quite some time in virtual worlds. Its basically just how you use your phone/laptop today but in a more immersive way.
