One other difference is that findroid cannot transcode.

I have templates for various regular meetings that I attend. In these templates I have a property called "attendees". In each template I pre-populate that with names of folks who are regular attendees. Then I can edit it to catch the attendees on that specific day. This helps me when I search for a person's name it pops up with the meetings they attended.

Hello all,

I currently have my primary NAS running TrueNAS Scale, and I am adding a second as an off-site backup of my critical data which will also run TrueNAS Scale. I have three datastores at the moment, nextcloud, backups, and media. I want to replicate the entirety of nextcloud and backups, but for media I only want to backup my irreplaceable media. This would be personal photos and videos, but not my collection of Linux isos.

Is it possible to have a ZFS Replication task that excludes certain directories? If not, how would you recommend I approach this?

Thanks!

If you're referring to Chromecast with Google tv, than there is absolutely an app! Give it another shot!

This is great news!! A world stage for the NHLs best players can only help the NHL. I have non-hockey fan friends that will bring up US losing to Canada with Crosby's goal and even Oshies crazy shootout game

I don't think that's true that they are all free agents after this season. Is it?

Sorry I can't help with your question, but I wanted to ask what features you feel Jellyfin is missing that is keeping you on Plex? I've made the switch, and actually like Jellyfin better.

What do you mean by that? How does one make it slow?

I'm a bit stuck at the moment and hoping I can get some guidance. Right now I store my media and other files on a few external drives connected to one of my Proxmox nodes, and passed through to an OMV VM. I backup everything important off-site.

I'd like to separate my storage from my Proxmox nodes into a dedicated NAS and dip my toes into ZFS and also Proxmox high availability. I also want to roll open source software (probably TrueNAS) on the NAS, but I do not want to build an entire PC. The off-the-sheld Synologys and the like seem like overpriced hardware especially if I'd prefer an alternative software.

I am considering getting one of the used business PCs or other mini-pc and connecting a USB-C DAS up to it and installing TrueNAS on the mini-pc.

Is this a viable approach? Am I setting myself up for a system that I'll want to upgrade in a couple years?

Here is an article that describes a similar approach: https://www.androidauthority.com/cheap-diy-nas-server-3348392/

I have it set to close tabs after one day, so I'm not sure if it could be this. I don't generally have the same tabs open everyday.

That is a good point, but if it's not Firefox like my pixel is telling me, then what else could it be on a brand new phone? (I know you can't answer this)

Android Auto is the big one for me that does not work on graphene. If they can find a way to get that to work I'd switch immediately.

I've got a brand new Pixel 8 and my battery isn't making it through the day. Android tells me Firefox is eating it up in the background. I just changed it to restricted battery use and I'll see if that helps.

I do not want to switch to Brave or Chrome, but this is intolerable. What are you favorite Firefox alternatives and why? Mull? Librewolf?
