Yesterday When running the fitgirl installer it would only show me two drives ,c and z, which were my home and root folder respectively. I wanted to install my game to a bigger drive, but couldn't find the option to and assumed it was a problem with wine or the installer. A few hours ago I searched for a bit and found out I can add a drive to wine via winecfg -> Drives -> add drives. I ran the Installer again and this time it saw my bigger 1tb drive and everything went smoothly from there, ra. The installer, added the game on steam, ran the game, all good.

Maybe I'll add this to the post in case anyone wants to know.

I can run pirated steam games on steam? that doesnt sound right.

What's the best way to play pirated windows games on Linux?

Ever since I've migrated I stuck to emulation for game piracy cause it was pretty simple. Ive been trying to run some repacked games but I can't get them to install properly.

I don't see many people talk about this probably because most game pirates use windows if I had to guess.

Edit: i fixed my problem, yesterday When running the fitgirl installer it would only show me two drives ,c and z, which were my home and root folder respectively. I can pair it like how I pair my headphones just fine. But it doesn't work like a controller AFAIK. Im not near my PC right now bit last time I tried games didn't detect it.

Edit: fixed the problem, read post.

Hi, I was curious to know if there is any way to connect my dualshock 4 via bluetooth to linux. Wired works fine but the USB port on the controller is very loose and the controller disconnects easily, which is very annoying.

On windows I used ds4windows which worked great. On Linux I tried ds4drv which worked at first but broke after I upgraded to mint 22, I tried a bunch of stuff to fix it but couldn't get it to work.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Update: on mint when you connect the dualshock controller the LED on it glows light blue and it doesnt work, then a notification appears asking you to authenticate the connection, click yes and the LED will turn blue and the controller will work ( you can test it on desktop by using the touchpad as a mouse). It seems either I missed this message before or it didnt appear for some reason.

Discord isn't an encrypted messenger nor a p2p one so I don't know exactly why you would take it down instead of taking down people sharing illegal content by yourself.

Does anyone have an article that goes more into detail on how the pagers were compromised?

I support Palestine, but self harm isn't the answer. Protesting in this way doesn't help anyone.

1.so your library PCs run ubuntu? that's cool, my uni uses win11.

2.did you mount the USB stick and then add the directory with neofetch in it to path? Or did you do something else?
