Are those the baked in ads of the podcast itself? I listen to some that have those, don't think you can get rid of them in any way.

Definitely.. but when doors close new ones open. Nothing wrong with having new communities to visit and engage with.

To each their own but sometimes it's nice to just scroll through comments and see the varied replies instead of just fed the top/earliest on some posts. Imo it increases user engagement.
