Gah, Lemmy is being a bit buggy. Luka is one of my GOATs. Glad to see he might come on as an assistant coach! Man City was on a roll this year, but watching Luka do his thing in RMA was awesome as usual.

Luka Modric one of my GOATs. Great to hear that he might come on as an assistant coach! I hope he ends up coaching one of the clubs too. Man City was on a roll this year, but RMA was such a pleasure to watch

Are the Euro’s supposed to be Modric’s last app for Croatia?

I did that for a few that I'm interested in and got downvoted immediately. There's definitely some bot like activity trying to flood content/organic growth on the communities polling/figuring out what's next, so that users would flock back. They are also pushing back on alternatives when a good ol person would be just curious/happy/relieved that there's some semblance of carry-over away from Reddit.

Exactly. There is no winning here, but at a minimum, another corner of the internet grows that isn't controlled by a singular entity. That should be real goal along with moving away from Reddit.

How do I sign up to this? I can't seem to search for it from my instance. (Probably a bad search str)

The US has a history of supporting dictators and regimes that bend to it’s will. See your next door neighbor, Pakistan amongst a few examples. Asking it to support democratic rights when it doesn’t align with US’ interests is a bit much. ;)
