Lots of people say they pre-order so they can preload it in advance and play it the minute the launch goes live.

....but if it's a buggy mess they won't be able to play it regardless.

And a single round takes so long! I don't know how people have fun with these.

For me, the real magic of Reddit was in hyperspecific niche communities full of hobbyist experts -- or even professionals. Places like r/tolkienfans.
