from the video of the crash it doesn't look like a terrorist attack. The plane was on controlled landing on a street until the very end where we can see a roll on the right and the right wing hitting the street light triggering the crash...
Now the police will have to find why the plane was trying to land on a street waayyyy too small for it.

That's a parliament petition. If it succeed it is forced by EU constitution to be turned into an EU law.
That tool is offered to EU representant to create a kind of referendum and accelerate the adoption of a law through direct democracy.

La situation est pas la même, en corée il y a eu une vrai tentztive de coup d'état avec fermeture par l'armée du parlement.
Et sinon pourquoi Macron partirai? Le problème actuel c'est le parlement qui est fragmenté en parts égales assurant une censure quelquesoit le gouvernement, or même si Macron part, le nouveau président ne peux pas dissoudre l'assemblée avant juin. La raison a cela étant que la constitution est très clair: une présidentielle ne réinitialise pas la limite à une dissolution par an, les 2 pouvoirs executifs et legislatifs ayant leurs propres vies et calendriers.
