Why not have a structure in place that has Microsoft review/test code from third parties. At the end of the day it is Microsoft that took the public hit so they should be the last line of defence in this process.

Those that wish to have their code sit at the privileged/kernel level should either pay up or supply Microsoft with resources to do the tests Microsoft would require.

What shouldn't happen is third parties doing their work at a privileged level without the oversight.

A NAS case running Unraid, with Jellyfin in a docker container. All my music, movies and tv shows are on it.

Although I agree with your statement, this needs to be in balance.

Although the CSIRO should get all the funding it requires, above some other things we seemingly throw money at. Some of these positions mentioned in the article looking at being reduced aren't science positions...just HR/management related, in that case I have no issues. Lets fund Science not Managers.

Look to be honest I don't agree with your stance but I respect the fact that you both don't wish to donate and more importantly receive. I fell some people would be quite happy to take but not give.

Yeah agree it has to be done with a whole plan approach so that it runs seemlessly for the motorised user. As for the pedestrians in your comment I was more looking at separating the walker from the escooter world because they just don't gel well together. So if a pedestrian can walk and not fear being knocked over by someone on a motorised vehicle then all the better.

Also In the inner city area of Brissy, why couldn't we look at closing a lane (one way traffic) and using the acquired space for people to use with bikes/ebikes/escooters etc. It separates foot traffic from motorised. Obviously these choices of lanes would be strategically chosen for best bang for buck.

If the card was in NTFS, then Linux may not deal with it correctly, whereas windows is fine with both NTFS and fat.

Is it an issue with disk format maybe? Eg. Fat32 vs NTFS etc

I get ready for work in the morning, I step outside and everytime I can hear from across the other side of town a Harley Davidson burping it's way along the road. My questions are:

Should this be allowed?

What do people who ride them think when they are riding along knowing full well the noise that is being generated?

You know what mate you could have put the above info into your original post to help those trying to help you. Instead of the way you just came across in your reply, whether or not you agree with the aid given just accept it with thanks.
