Put a much more simple and meaningful way rather than subdivisions: Australia is only about 5% smaller than the contiguous US ("lower 48").

Seriously, this guy should have been awarded the refund, all legal fees, and at least a couple thousand on top of that for damages. Anyone who's been on the receiving end of corporate bullshit and tried to fight back knows the extreme stress that can put you under.

It's non-caustic, so easier on your pipes, and it breaks down clogs using enzymes to break up organic material. In my experience it's much more effective than Draino.
