Then later i could give it to the real artists as the refsheet

Your suggestion is very regional specific and perhaps limited to the USA
In many countries, like whole Europe, its literally impossible to get a "burner number" because any SIM card requires by law a personal verification
I have exactly one account since the very early days. I somewhat would love to split in two or three for different niche interests on different servers but even i am somewhat paralysed by the choice which one
and meow.social maybe i am stuck in the same trap as i try to contact someone there since a year without any reaction ever

one thing that i heard several times from artists and makers is that they do not want to join Mastodon/Fediverse because "advertising" and "selling" here is prohibited, or they even tried and got rejected

I think both new are not mutually exclusive
I have observed (at least here in Bavaria) that married gay couples are similar closed up and conservative like the hetero married couples
Both appear to have the same kind of disinterest against other L(G)BTQ people for us not having the love and marriage as the holy goal for life
The division is perhaps not hetero vs. homo, but conservative monogamous married vs. noncomformist free fun
