To go further off topic, LGBT+ folks have my full support but can y'all please stop adding to the acronym?

I thought the 'q' was supposed to be an umbrella for everyone else, then there was a plus that's definitely for that purpose, yet somehow more letters still seem to get added every few years

The next time a boomer co-worker comes up and passive-aggressively asks me, "what's this new letter I just found," with a grin like this exposes how dumb the whole community really is, I swear I'm going to throw them out a window

I don't want to go to prison, please stop adding letters so they will stop talking to me

Hey guys, new to brewing and this site. I made a gallon of mead that was... okay, and figured I'd try my hand at something that wouldn't take quite so long

So basically I just threw a gallon of apple juice and some yeast into a carboy and let it sit for a few weeks. I'm going to transfer it to bottles and try it out this weekend

I'm thinking about adding some sugar to the next one to get a higher abv. Any clue around how much I can add without having to wait a stupid amount of time for fermentation to finish?

Also does anyone have other recommendation to make it taste a little more interesting next time?

I'd bet my left nut reddit will survive for quite a while yet, probably do even better over time

The kind of people who end up here just aren't the target demographic for them anymore

I like the idea of Clarence Thomas with a time machine getting coked up and creating one of those wall charts with string trying to discern which rights he can subvert without harming himself in the present

The environment has changed now. Democrats were pissed about the 2016 (2015?) leaks and started crying that Assange was a Russian agent

I'd be pleasantly surprised if Biden relented on this, but surprised nonetheless

Same here. I hopped all over, but these days I even run fedora on my server. Probably not a very good idea, but I really didn't feel like googling shit for hours to get my stuff up and running

I'll probably regret it when they drop support for the current version, but that's a problem for future me
