Dried legumes, such as lentils, beans, nuts and seeds are all excellent sources of protein and don't require refrigeration.

I missed one last year and got stuck with a subscription to Ionos for about £25 per month. Bastards.
Also CondeNast with their convoluted Wired subscriptions. Was paying £5 per month. Wouldn't mind but you still couldn't read half the articles. Then it jumped to £29.99! To be fair they cancelled subscription and refunded me, unlike those bastards at Ionos.
