title is a link to printables

[–] ShadowRam@kbin.social 3 points 1 year ago

I think they are just showing off the parametric nature of what could be done.

[–] ShadowRam@kbin.social 1 points 1 year ago

It would depend entirely on the printer and material used.

[–] ShadowRam@kbin.social 3 points 1 year ago (4 children)

It's a link directly to where they are published?

[–] ShadowRam@kbin.social 3 points 1 year ago

I'm confused,

It's a direct link to printables that hosts the files?

[–] ShadowRam@kbin.social 1 points 1 year ago

I'm not the individual who created this item. I just shared it.

Now dude gets to go retire somewhere else, everyone will think he's dead.

It's crazy, I happened along this youtube channel, and it REEKS of AI generated bullshit.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YwQe2fna4KI&t=612s

The thumbnails are all fake.

The comments are all fake.

The commentary of the video is extremely weird.

The videos of the machines are real, but the titles are all weird,

and all the videos are the same machines just re-hashed order of them every few days.

The comments thou.. definitely bots.....

Not my design, but you are right. If I were to make this , I'd print it in the orientation shown but the bottom would be flat to give a better foundation for the print.

That said, I'd probably split this down the middle, and make each clip its own clip, and print the clip on its side.

That way you don't have to worry about overhangs and the print 'grains' would be in a better orientation for the spring like effect.

yeah, reminds me of the MCP from Tron.

100mm flexi hose holder

Deux appareils pour faciliter l'ouverture des bouteilles avec bouchons vissés. pour les fixer sur votre réfrigérateur vous pouvez coller 4 aimants diamètre 6X2mm. Voici un lien pour les aimants. Vous pouvez imprimer séparément les deux fichiers. https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B07RT9MY52/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Two devices to facilitate the opening of bottles with screw caps. to fix them on your refrigerator you can stick 4 magnets diameter 6X2mm. Here is a link for the magnets. You can print both files separately. https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B07RT9MY52/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Small latch for cabinet, little door, to attach something to other thing. Works well also as printer test. Gap between parts is 0.2 mm. Can be printed fully working on place without supports as shown on video. If you have problems with movement most likely problem is stringing. https://youtu.be/MCwRCMNyMc4

This adaptor is to connect 1 1/4in hose to 1 1/4in hose. I've used 2x R-20 o-rings and it seems to seal well or you can use Intex 1.25in Dia Hose Seal.

Similar to a previous design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6088152), but much better ventilated. I'd been wanting to use a Voronoi pattern in a project and discovered an online resource for converting 3d models into printable "Vorinated" bodies (https://www.voronator.com/). The site has its limitations, but it's free and easy to use. The alternative is to use a Voronoi plug-in in your design software which will give you a lot more control. I printed this vertically without a raft or supports. It's a good idea to bury the model into the build plate a little bit (say 1mm) so you have a decent base layer to start from. This will string a little so maybe turn down your hot end temperature or up your retraction. I did neither and it turned out fine.

Updated20230727 Someone send me feedback that the snap place is too tight and hard to separate, so I modified all 4 models, you can try the new one. Updated: Someone said the angle of the hanger is not good, it might form a bad shade of the clothes, so modified the angle, you can download the"Foldable Hanger_angle" and"Foldable Hanger_tight_angle" files to replace the old one. It's a Foldable Hanger that can be printed all at once and with no support. Specially designed for travel, very compact and reliable. There are 2 versions, the tight one for high-precision printers and a normal one for others. watch the video for more information: https://youtu.be/QII3ODl7uRc Click"like" for me if you really like it, it will encourage me to design more new things. I've blocked all of feddit.de

I went do https://kbin.social/d/feddit.de

Clicked the block button, my profile shows the domain is blocked,

But I'm still seeing a lot of feddit.de posts in hot.

Is the block domain feature not working anymore?

I've created this clip from zero because the basic ones I found were too small and my sunglasses fell down every time I was driving. With this one the sunglasses are perfectly placed and stay in place. I am personally using brillenhalter_v2-2_filled of my uploaded versions because it fits the best. The alternative to this one is brillenhalter_v2-1_filled. The other two were designed for larger sunglasses and need more time to print because of their uniqe design. V2-2 Versions got a small bump on the top to hold the glasses better in place, please note that you should take your glasses only when standing still, because you need to hold the clip a little bit, so it doesn't fall down from the sunvisor. Otherwise I can just recommend it. The rear "hole" is for thinner glasses that would easily slip out. Printed for my Audi A5 Cabrio but it fits other sunvisors as well.

This is a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3495751 A re-design of Leecarl's Sim Racing Button Box, modified for use with American Truck Simulator / Euro Truck Simulator. I modified the face plate to utilize the switches/buttons I needed. I also included a blank faceplate template for others to start with. I had to remove the letters from the clamp bolt, clamp body, and main body as my printer was having troubles getting them to stick to the bed and not get dragged around into the rest of the print. Additionally, I had to lengthen the clamp so that it would fit on my desk. I have also included a modified back plate that utilizes a single USB Type B port intended for an Arduino to sit on the bottom of the box. For the knobs I used genuine Bendix MV-3 air brake knobs. I have included an .stl for an adapter to allow these 5/8" threaded knobs to be used with a smaller, electric push/pull switch. All credit for the original design belongs to LeecarL (https://www.thingiverse.com/leecarl/designs)
