16.) It goes without saying that in a war of attrition, more artillery ammunition & hardware is always needed and needs to be steadily supplied. (Western support of Ukraine certainly should continue as there is still the prospect that the counteroffensive will make gains.)

But soldiers fighting on the frontline we spoke to are all too aware that lack of progress is often more due to force employment, poor tactics, lack of coordination btw. units, bureaucratic red tape/infighting, Soviet style thinking etc. & ...Russians putting up stiff resistance.

Unfortunately, the article is 3 days old.

Russia has gathered more than 100,000 soldiers of its occupation forces on the Lyman-Kupiansk axis.

The FPV drone files over the "Tulip" and then turns 180 degrees to attack it, almost like they wanted to warn them. If not they should choose a better attack path next time.

Apparently that EFP is travelling at 2000m/s (Mach 6) and can penetrate up to 140mm of RHA. They don't provide the weight of the EFP.

(This might be all wrong and not how it works.) If the search radius is 100m and search angle is 30degrees the triangle would be a=173m ("height", not accounting for angle), b=100m (search radius), c=200m (longest distance, not accounting for angle). I don't know if it looks like a ~200m distance or not.

I love the video production quality.

This. Presumably the same person who is originally responsible for this video. It'd be better if they stopped.

The artillery shell or rocket would have to have been fired before the vehicle stopped. It doesn't directly hit the white vehicle. It could have been a targeted assassination or an (un)lucky hit.

Blew the top of his head off.

It's strange to me that they didn't aim for different people.

What would you do if someone was live streaming your checkpoint? Probably should stop short of kidnapping them, maybe call the police instead. You definitely shouldn't lie about it after as there's cameras everyewhere.

Cold.

Still close enough to cause gimbal to stutter for a split of a second, but it’s quite delicate piece of technology and pressure wave from the missile can cause that quite far away. True. If the proximity fuse had exploded it might have taken out the drone.
