I tried wearing a fitbit for about a year but I work outside in a hot climate and it kept dying from baking in the heat all day. Sent two of them in for warranty replacements until I finally gave up on it and sold the last replacement I got on ebay. I'm not officially diagnosed with ADHD or anything but I do struggle to focus on a singular task, I have a sneaking suspicion that I do have something like that. Anyways, I can't read books because I just can't focus on them, same with long articles or any long block of text really. I also would recommend audio books, I've "read" tons of great books out there that I otherwise would have never touched. I also use TTS to "read" articles I find online.
