What's Reddit

Regular users can block communities and instances both.

Sounds like "fellow kids" style of marketing to try to drive preorders.

Patient gaming is the way.

Importing content and culture seems to be very important to many migrants but to me i enjoy the reset and culture differences of the small alternatives found in the Fediverse.

I also worry about bringing the bad parts of the big userbases to the alternatives.

Define "die".
Lemmy was functioning fine before any of this happened.

I think the level it's at right now is solid. I expect it to drop fairly significantly for a while as people quit and possibly back to Reddit. I'm 100% okay with it getting smaller again.

So I'm curious what levels you're thinking of is all.

Define "succeed".

Got to do a bunch of rain drifting at the last event.
I love rain drifting because i can do laps alllll daaaay looooong on only a single pair of tires. Sure, dry drifting is faster and more aggressive but i would rather do a hundred laps!

My car is filthy. I still haven't washed it...
