I don’t see the point. Sure, smartphones can be bad, but I have adhd and an addictive personality and I can limit myself if I set up boundaries. Remove apps that waste time, set app time limits, but still have a gps/camera/computer in my pocket if I need it.

Are you referring to “the fappening”? Because if I’m not mistaken, that was all social engineering and not really Apple’s fault. Their iCloud private relay leaked the user’s ip address a few year ago, that was their bad.

Number 6 isn’t all the accurate. Safari on iOS has extensions, so you can get an ad blocker.
To be far though, it’s probably better on android.
All for-profit social media is based on driving engagement through conflict and anger. It makes them more money. That’s why aside from Discord, I have deleted all accounts I had on them.
