I'm sure the whole thing of the two of them knowing each other's identities was avoided so it can be a big story point later, but seriously, how have they gone so long without talking about it? They both know that they were reincarnated, and for years they were each the only person the other could talk to. I know Ruby pretended to be someone older to appear more senior, but how did Aqua at no point mention that he was a doctor, or that he knew Ai previously?

"He's even the same height as Aqua, anyway..."
If people want to move to the fediverse, they need to move to the fediverse, not wait for everyone else to move first.
This was a really chill episode. In a show about two people dealing with deep-seated trauma, this is an island of calm. A holiday from their pain. A glimpse of what life could be like.
It resonated strongly with me because this is my favourite way to spend my holidays. Go to some old Japanese house in the countryside and spend a few days looking around and taking photos. For those few days, it's a real holiday. You don't need to worry about your life back home, or obligations. You've carved out a period of time and an amount of money so you can just spend both freely. The fact that they are so comfortable with each other really adds to that. For both of them, this is probably the only time they can remember being at peace.
I like how they spend the entire episode like this. Last episode sets it up, and has the older sister, but this episode they are entirely alone together. That's how it feels to them, this short period is so meaningful because its all they want.
It feels like her joining would both remove the tension with Kana about Aqua, but introduce bigger tension between Kana and her because she's a more successful actress. Neither of which seem like a good direction for the story.
Eating it up like baking soda.
Magari's parents demanding she come home right now is so unfair. I get that they don't want her alone with some guy (some guy in her club that she's alone with all the time at school anyway), but they said she could do this training camp. It's not Magari's fault her sister left. The parents should be demanding the sister go back and do the thing she promised to do.
