While you're waiting on a kbin app, you should know the mobile site is entirely functional as a mobile app. Just make a shortcut for your home screen in c/kbinMeta@kbin.social

The PWA made with Firefox does that for me, but making it with chrome doesn't.

I came here to say the same thing. The lemmy PWA respects the system auto rotate setting. Kbin does not. I made the PWA using chrome.

Kbin looks good in a mobile browser though. Reddit is fucking unusable on a mobile browser, it's even worse than their app.
