My 2016 ThinkPad E570 still runs like I just got it yesterday. I haven't even cleaned the internal fan because I'm too much of a wuss to dismantle it and risk damage, haha. It's absolutely phenomenal.

The battery can't last even 2 hours, though, so I am reliant on outlets.

Conway

Did you mean Coway? Coways are incredible, in my experience.

I don't know, the way Mozilla's going...

Sure. The point still stands that Signal does take GV numbers, so the article writer is wrong.

Are your bullet points AI-gen, though? The way the third bullet talked about 2FA basically kept no context of the article

So what do you have or are you gonna get?

Let's talk about banks.

Let's talk about all the vaults and their maintenance, the security guards, the Brinks armored cars, all the tellers, wire transaction-handling, and so on and so on.

No, gee, hmm, they've never calculated how much a vast, global expense all of this is per second.

Maybe they want you to keep believing that it's more efficient.

Excellent!! More, more!

Then they could do so with fewer emissions!

And sometimes they don’t work at all (that was my experience when I tried using a Google Voice number to sign up for Signal).

I've been using a GV number with no problem all this time. 🤷🏻‍♂🤨

Thanks, trying Consent-O-Matic now!

Is Bypass Paywalls Chrome-preferential? The only Firefox alternative I can see closest to this name is Bypass Paywalls for Firefox, which has quite the mixed reviews.
