I used to install solar arrays. Putting them in parking lots would be a great idea. They are near city centers instead of rural areas. This would reduce transmission losses. Also, elevating the metal structures wouldn't cost much more I'd think.

Politicizing the supreme court is a slippery slope to dictatorship.

When the majority of the wealth is acquired by a minority... I blame debt: You need it for basic life essentials like a car and education and a house. For years, you don't actually own the car or house. In the end, you pay them almost twice because of interest. If you can't make the payments, they'll offer you a new contract that lasts twice as long.

You will always be hedged in. You will always be paying someone. You will own nothing of worth. For some good news, you can minimize the impact if you are clever financially.

If change is happening, I'd vote to disband the fractional reserve system.

If more physical ram isn't an option, maybe buy a cheap 120GB SSD and use it as dedicated swap space?

Allot of union dues are based on how many years you work. They'd have to have something like a flat rate while providing worthwhile services to employees such as legal and employment expertise.

Its the idea that they are too big to fail. When their stock drops 25%, they can't improve fast enough because they are too bulky.
