Oh wow! I gotta admit, I kinda like Veilguard. Yeah, it's the same "Bioware Style" story as a lot of others. Sorry it wasn't to a lot of people's taste.
This kind of thing happened with "American Nightmare" and "Quantum Break". While I'm not aware of any formal policy that Remedy has, I suspect this happens because they're a smaller shop trying to leverage whatever they can.

I'm a trans woman, and coming back to the States was rough now that the government has decided trans folks are the main characters for this year's satanic panic.
