I was the biggest Reddit junkie, it was a problem. Having to go cold turkey has been strange. But what can you do. I'll miss Best of Redditor Updates. Even though that sub was undoubtedly filled with many fake stories and stressful comment sections that it's probably for the best it goes away for a while.

Still learning this lol. I have discovered by now that using meds is helpful but I can still wind uselessly spinning in a circle because I don't know where to begin with my to-do list. I have a whiteboard for each day of the week and I write down things I mean to do for each day on it. Even if I don't complete everything - which I usually don't - it helps me keep track. I want to get a couple white boards for different reminders. Not so much that it gets overwhelming though. I use a big monthly calendar for writing down upcoming appts. It helps me if both are big enough to read from across the room and out in the open so I don't forget to check them.

IF you ever wanna totally come clean, you should share which stories specifically you shared. I'm curious to see if people caught on they were fake or not and how

My first hour here...gonna take a little getting used to but I like it so far. Much as I was addicted to reddit, a change is probably a good thing. I'm gonna really miss my saved posts once I delete them though

What kind of stories did you submit? I spent way too much time on BestofRedditorUpdates and at least half of the time you spend realizing stories are fake. I'm wondering if I read any of yours
