Starter Pack:
Hashtags, follow all of your keywords. Also make a #introduction post with a short bio and a list of your interests in their own hashtags. Your tribe will find you.
I follow the #introduction hashtag and boost them as a rule, many of us do. :) It's a good way to build a network as well, if you do similarly.
Don't be afraid to talk to people, most are very kind! Check out your local timeline as well.
