Hey, I’m an app developer. I have an airbnb rental house.

I’m looking for some kind of self hosted app that’ll allow customers to book the rental (just one property, not multiple rentals), see what dates are available, and pay on my website. I’d rather not hand code something from scratch, though I can tinker and install whatever is needed (DB, via docker, etc.).

Any ideas? Did some searching on this sub and other places - couldn’t find anything that suits these needs.

At that point I’d do it myself. Was wondering if there’s already a solution of some sort

I'm on the same boat. I have 1 property and many recurring customers. I would love to give them the option of booking independently.

I’ll let you know if I find/make a solution

Couldn’t find anything self hosted that has payments, etc. that I’d like… but actually, just remembered - I’ve used a service called 17Hats before. They give a free CRM. They charge transaction fees, of course, but you can embed a calendar, bookings, digital contract signing - and have it all automated for free. Only charge of course, is transaction fees…

Just use something like acuity and save yourself the hassle entirely? Why does it need to be self hosted?

Not self-hosted, but Houfy works great for free direct booking. I personally don’t want to be in the business of handling payments or the complexities of a booking system with calendar syncing between platforms.

I think I recall a Joomla or WordPress plugin with reservation-like functionality. Try searching into that kind of setup.
