I have an oscilloscope I want to connect via ethernet to my home network. I'm using a Netgear GS105 switch. I have my computer, and a couple NAS units on it right now. I've used the same switch to connect another Rigol DP832 Power Supply to the network.

I have talked to Rigol support who had me change some settings and check some things. But at this point they say it's just a firewall issue. However I have turned off windows defender firewall and I'm unable to connect. I should be able to enter the IP address and open a webpage on the device. Or use the IP address and software Rigol provides to connect. Both won't work.

I included some photos that show the Rigol DP832 settings. This is how Rigol support had me set it up. I also included a screenshot of what happens when I ping it.

Thank you for any suggestions.
