What you priced out will work just fine. These are very good and the controller allows you to not have to subscribe to the cloud service. Any POE+ switch should work with these access points but if you don't actually need 24 ports I would just get the same brand version and centrally manage.

Just get all from Unifi and you are good to go.
What do I need for. Unifi setup and what am I looking at for price?
Omada is decent and cheaper. Unifi is going to be better and more money
What ISP speeds will you be dealing with?
Do you actually need 24 ports?
How many access points will you be using?
