Hi :)

I'm looking for songs similar to Eric Prydz's Opus, mostly regarding the long buildup and the melody that mostly stays constant build becomes more and more intense and complex.

I'm not looking only for EDM, something like Maurice Ravel's Boléro would be great too, and I guess there are some songs like that too in post-rock music.

I love this song! I also really like The Matrix from the same album.

Some recommendations (I only have one but I'll add more if I think of any):

Shine On You Crazy Diamond - Pink Floyd

Sounds like you'd be interested in the "Calm Before the Storm" playlist on Spotify.

I think you might like A Los Jóvenes de Ayer, by the Argentine prog-rock band Serú Girán.

The whole song is (in my opinion) a masterpiece, but pay special attention to the fretless bass.
