... But I thought one or two members of this sub might enjoy it nevertheless.

Braun in general and this model in particular have asked represented good industrial design inspired by Bauhaus to me. Now, it makes my office's wall a little more elegant.

I assume a cheapish Chinese Quartz movement, but the floating seconds have is really nice, and the radio control (CET only) works nicely out of the box

I also have this wall clock, but not the radio controlled version. Iโ€™ve never seen that one actually, very cool.

I have the grey version but its very hard to read, low contrast. This one looks nice!

Does it tick or sweep? I'm in the market for a clean dial sweeping wall clock with radio controlled time. Would prefer USA WWVB time reception but I can probably make a txtempus work to set the time emulating DCF77.

It sweeps. I can only hear a fast ticking when I hold it to my ear.

This version only works ~1500 km around Frankfurt/Germany. I don't know if they have radio controlled ones for the US market.
