Chrono24 is trustworthy, I bought my Nomos Metro from a seller there. Keep in mind that a lot of the sales are grey-market, so you won't get a warranty.

Chrono24 has an escrow service… you get the watch, inspect it and release funds

From the Japanese dealer most likely you will be paying import taxes. But the price makes sense, as watches are cheaper there (not just Seiko).

The Italian dealer has in fact a good price, but not strange... it would cost me 46 EUR more if I buy from one of the online retailers from Germany (where I live).
