I always like to leave things as original as possible when I have my watches serviced, to me there’s a certain charm in having everything be the same as when you got it. Unless there’s something about the wear that could affect the movement, I say leave as is!

That watch is beautiful with the current hands. Wouldn’t touch it.
Yeah, they look tired
still looks good. its like part of the design
What are some cheaper budget watches I can get that have the same detail for numbers?
What happened to them? They’re literally under glass—
It looks like a luminova dial, so I would change out the hands.
You can if you want lume but you could also have Kyle send the originals back too so you still have them.
No, they are fine as they are…
Personally I'd keep it as is, break my legs and I might settle for a compromise of having them changed so long as the old parts are returned to me. Good luck what ever you choose.
Nah just stop gnawing on them, though
Imo keep them, they give a lot of character to the watch without looking too beat up. It's beautiful
Do it if it’s not expensive.
That's a beautiful watch and good to hear that IWC are taking that approach. I had a nightmare with their service of my chrono, which was returned with the chrono hand sticking against one of the others.
I like the wear I’d keep it if it were mine.
Related; I like relic’d guitars. Many hate them
